Spend your vacation relaxing in a modern-style Florida home and enjoying the tropical outdoor area. Ideal for outdoor lovers, poolside relaxing, romantic gateways, and sunrise/sunset viewing.

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal during your vacation and it's perfect for holiday dinners, fancy dinners, or just small simple dinners to try out with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, electric hand mixer, cook/bakeware, cooking utensils, and much more.

There is a fabulously equipped outdoor area with some really nice loungers, an outdoor kitchen and table, and a large BBQ where you can put your BBQ master skills to use or just try out a new easy but delicious BBQ recipe. The outdoor area is perfect for entertainment if the mood strikes you or just relax in one of the loungers while drinking your favorite tropical beverage and enjoying the sunset.

The master suite features a king bed with a comfortable mattress and a TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows. The master bath features an elegant oversized shower, a separate toilet room, and two vanities with quartz countertops and plenty of cabinets.

All bedrooms have a TV and a comfortable mattress that allows your body to relax while you are sleeping so you can wake up the next day ready for some fun activities. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds.

The modern style decorated home offers an open-concept living area with high ceilings, beautiful floors, and light features around the house. The living room is also equipped with a TV. The dining table can accommodate up to eight people.

Villa Magical Getaway requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per kWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays:
No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
