Villa Sophie is the perfect home for water lovers, at this home, you can have it all. Spend a day at the beach walking barefoot on the sand or sunbathing while enjoying stunning sunsets. You can reach the Yacht Club Beach within 5 minutes by car, but you can also walk or bike to get there. Rent a boat and explore the waterways leading to the Gulf of Mexico and to many beautiful beaches or just take your family to a waterfront restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner.

This home offers an open concept floor plan and comfortable furniture to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is well-equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to make delicious home-cooked meals. In this home, you can enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar or at one of the two indoor dining tables as well as at the outdoor dining table. All the bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable bed to ensure a relaxing night after a fun day. For those working on vacation, there is a comfortable office desk to set up your computer.

Villa Sophie is located in the southeast of Cape Coral 5 minutes away from the Yacht Club Community Park, where you will find many waterfront amenities such as a fishing pier, a playground, BBQ grills, picnic tables, tennis courts, as well as a community pool, the public beach, and the well-known Boat House Tiki Bar restaurant. Nearby you will also find many restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more.

Villa Sophie requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays:
No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
