Step inside to find an attractive and cozy living space offering great views of the pool area and Cape Coral waterways. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. The den is a multipurpose room that can be used as an office, study room, playroom, or another bedroom with its sleeper couch. The kitchen offers all the tools and utensils needed to prepare tasty meals as well as the best layout for company so everyone can be part of the conversation and share memorable moments.

The large outdoor space is great for entertaining, grilling, swimming in the solar-heated pool, and watching the amazing sunset as well as fishing and watching the sea life from the boat dock or exploring the waterways when renting a boat. The house is located in a prime location in the NW of Cape Coral, offering a wide range of activities such as golfing, sightseeing adventures, dining experiences, boating excursions, etc.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a TV with streaming as well as direct access to the pool area. The master bath features a shower, a bathtub, and two separate vanities. The other bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom also has direct access to the pool area. The second bathroom has access to the pool and can be used as a pool bathroom.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.

Please note that the garage is being used by the owner and you won't have access to it.

There are security cameras at the front and on the sides of the house.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
